If you're here, there's a good chance you are into fitness. Well, so am I! Really, fitness is a lifestyle. It requires more than just an infrequent bout of activities or healthy eating fads. It makes you who you are, and impacts your life in both the short and long term.

I firmly believe that when living a fitness-based lifestyle people have the ability to become happier, feel healthier, and live more fulfilling lives. There's something gratifying about putting in hard work and seeing results from it. I'm of the mindset that nothing in life that is worth having, is easy. That doesn't mean it shouldn't be fun though. That's where this website comes in.
There are many styles and strategies when it comes to fitness. Bodybuilding, CrossFit, Power Lifting, Yoga, Tabata, Running, Walking, and more are all different ways to get your body moving and working out. Whether your dieting style is ketogenic, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, whole 30, IIFYM, or any other format you're welcome here and encouraged to look around. I change things up every once and a while, but have the highest respect for any lifestyle that is healthy and active.
