Habits Lead to Longer Lasting Results

I went to the gym today! Okay, I know it’s not really that exciting, but honestly that’s the kind of feeling I have every time I go. Sure, sometimes I lack some energy, and other times I just feel like I’m going for the sake of going. Ultimately it’s the habit that I build that keeps the progress rolling.

There’s something about forming healthy, positive habits that lead to long term results that don’t fade with time. I’ve been listening to a LOT of @garyvee lately. …and I mean a LOT (2-3 hours daily, w/ commute time and all). The spark he instills within his content just lights the world on fire. It’s up to each of us to run with it and DO.

So why are you still reading my post?!? Go do a push-up or something. DM me your workout for the day. Stop scrolling through Instagram and start a new healthy habit. (Although IG isn’t necessarily a bad thing lol, just throwing a curveball at you)

On another note, I just got an email that says my @hydrojug order arrived so I’m SUPER STOKED to get home. I’ve been using one for about 3 years now and it’s about time to change up the color (and get one I haven’t used to death). Use code “RESULTS” for 10% off your order.
